Born in New Orleans, LA. to the parents of Cresandra Thomas & Reginald "Rabbit" McDonald on Aug.31. LuckiiYaDig began her career at the age of 13 in a rap battle between her and 2 cousins of "who can come up with the best lyrics?". That would later that day land her in her high schools hottest thing. A group called "The Heart Throb Clique" as the groups first lady. In 2005 after Hurricane Katrina, LuckiiYaDig decided to take her talents on the road as a solo artist on a "Rebuild New Orleans Refugee Tour". In 2006 she then moved to Atlanta, GA to pursue her career further. This time with a mixtape entitled "Kid Of The Streets" under her belt. Kid Of The Streets, featured tracks like "Chamillionaries-In The Club", "T.I.- Im A King", & "Bone Thugs In Harmony-Crossroads". The mixtape landed her on stages as a Opening Act for artist such as Dj Unk, 112, & Dipset West, as a featured guest performer for DECA High School in Stone Mountain, GA., a headlining entertainer for MS Gay Pride, & recent work with Dj Aaries of HoodHard Gang (BET, The Basement, Roc Nation, K'Stylis). Now, LYD (LuckiiYaDig) is back with her latest mixtape "Coming Soon" set to be released Jan. 26,2015 with featured tracks like "Kendrick Lamar- Money Trees", "Outkast- Da Art Of Storytelling", & "Jay-Z- Can I Live". LYD delivers a mix of Tupac poetic style & Bone Thugs&Harmony twisted lyrics, making her one of the games next upcoming female emcees to fear.
